Gestamp Group Purchases Group Edscha

According to the online newspaper AUTOMOTIVE WORLD, the Spanish multinational Gestamp proceeded to the acquisition of the German group Edscha, specialised in the production of convertible roofs and pedals.

None of the groups, however, has made any official announcement of this issue.
