From technical specifications, a 3D geometry or physical parts, Tecnomatrix Engineering department is able to make prototypes, small series, functional mechanical assemblies or to do a reversed engineering to provide our customer with a production process support. All this is an extra service related to the checking fixtures for parts we work with.
Prototypes
By using the same fabrication techniques we use to make checking fixtures - milling, lathing, erosion, etc. - we can produce all types of prototype or “master” parts in different materials: aluminium, steel, resin, aluminium-charged resin, technical plastics or composites. These prototypes can be used to validate 3D geometries, make function tests or as master parts, that is, perfectly made parts to be used as references for checking fixtures.
Models
Models for part founding in polystyrene, foam, resin or wood. When checking fixtures require founding structures, we produce these models for ourselves. We can produce in the same way models for our customers.
Preseries
We can make small series of parts to be used in launching units.
Machining of special parts and mechanical assemblies
We can make groups of parts belonging to an assembly, mount them and adjust them to get a functional mechanism. The parts can be of different materials.
