Remote support: Closer to You

We have recently put at your disposal a new application that will enable us to be closer to you: TeamViewer enables two PCs to display the same screen. In our case, this will enable us to connect one of Tecnomatrix PCs with your PC to talk together about the design of your checking fixture.

How to use TeamViewer with Tecnomatrix?

TeamViewer application is available from your TecnoNet account. To use it, follow the indications bellow:

1. Click on the Remote Support icon, on the upper part of the window.



2. Click on “TeamViewer Quick Support”.



3. Execute the application.



4. A window with an IP and a password will appear on your screen. Give these data to Tecnomatrix. The session is ready to start!
